 Professional Organization

Our rates are $30-$40 per hour-per organizer, depending on the circumstances of the job.

Large garbage out jobs will be bid at a bulk price

Initial assessment is $55, which includes 1 home visit, and plan preparation

Trailer hauling only is $40 per hour, plus .40 per mile, our maximum trailer is 20 feet

Donation hauling is included in the hourly rate

Home Cleaning

0-1500                           $65 per week

1501- 2000                  $75 per week

2001-2500                  $85 per week

2501-3000                  $95 per week  

3001-3500                   $115 per week

Initial deep cleaning visit for ongoing services will include a $25 fee.

One time emergency clean it up service $75

Rental clean outs are based on a 1 time bid fee.

Small Business Cleaning

Small Business Services are offered at a bid only rate. We are available at all hours of the day, and are able to work around business hours of operation.

Rental and REO Services

Occupancy  Inspection    $35 within 40 miles of Spokane, addl mileage applies to further distances

Initial inside-out inspection, including report and photographs   $80

Securing of property access- doors windows-gates               $75 plus materials

Clean outs start at $300 for up to 10 cubic yards

Lawn care                         $125 for first mow edge and trim, $30 per week for watering, $50 per mow as a follow up
